How to configure form CP22A?
WoW HRMS can print CP22A and CP21 forms for you, as long as you configure the forms in the system. Basically what you need to do is to tell the system which pay elements (basic, allowance, EPF deductions, etc) should be populated in which column of the form.
To configure the forms, you may follow the steps below:
- Go to Payroll > Setting > Statutory Setting > CP22A Setting : Scroll down to Section B. BUTIR-BUTIR SARAAN.
- At row 1 (Gaji, bayaran, upah dan kerja lebih masa, click on the button "+ Add Item" > The system will show all the payments types available to be included into this column. Refer to Screenshot 1.
- A pop-up box will appear for your to select the relevant payment items to be included into this column. As shown in screenshot 2, simply select the payment element and mark the checkbox(s) of the payment item(s) relevant to this column.
- Repeat step 2 for other columns as well and click SAVE the changes.
