2.4 Leave Day Rounding
When the system calculate the Leave Entitlement, most probably it will not have a round figure. Hence it is important to set your preferred way of rounding the result to ensure it complies with your company Leave Policy. You can create more than one Rounding System and choose the different Rounding System as and when appropriate.
Setting up the Leave Rounding System is simple and straight forward. The screen below shows the list of Rounding System that you have created or existed.
Step 4: To create a new Leave Day Rounding System, just click and 'Create' button and you will see the screen below.
Whether you want the system to round up or round down, just enter the figure accordingly.
Step 5: Click 'Save' and you have just created a new Leave Rounding System.
