2.2 D.I.Y. Report


Step 1, 2 & 3: Payroll -> Standard Report -> Payroll DIY Report


 

You will see the screen as below:




 Report Option
You can decide whether you want to Preview, or directly Export the Report to your chosen format. Tick the relevant box of your options. Choose the Report Format from the drop down list. 
Click the 'Generate' button to start generating your report.

 Column Number
You can decide total number of columns for the Report, Delete certain Columns and also add new Columns at a specific location.

 

 Column Properties

 Enter Name and Width of the Column here. Also, tick the box if you want the Report to exclude any empty cell.

 

Exlude if 0 or Empty

 Tick the box to exclude net pay in the report.



 Column Formula
Enter the Formula (or Code) for this column. It can be in Mathematical forms, such as A + B, et cetera. 
Use the Browse button to help you to find the value you want faster. 


Create Button

 To save the DIY report that you have just created click "Create". You will see a pop out screen, type in the particulars you need, and click confirm. You can use it again to generate a report. If the "Share this Setting" has been enabled that's mean the other admin users will also having the access to only generate this report (No modification is allow).
