Why the staff show with zero entitlement or zero earn leave?

If an employee's leave entitlement and leave earned are 0, the administrator can check several factors to identify the root cause.
  1. Check whether the leave entitlement is set up accordingly.
  2. Check the employee's Leave Group and Leave Type setting to identify the setting for "Allow To Take Leave" which affects the entitlement and earned days.

How to check if the leave entitlement is set up correctly?

  1. Go to Leave > Setting > Leave Group:
  2. Click on Leave Type button of the specific Leave Group.
  3. Click Edit (pencil icon) to check the leave entitlement was set-up with entitle days.





How to check "Allow To Take Leave" leave setting?
  1. Go to Leave > Setting > Leave Setup -> Leave Group Setup.
  2. Click on LeaveType for a specific leave group.
  3. Click Edit to check the "Allow To Take Leave" setting. When the setting was defined as "After Confirmation", the employee must consist of Confirmation career progression only the entitle/earn leave will be shown. Others such as "After 1 Month" & "1 Month After New Joined" which the entitle/earn leave only be generated after 1 month of the year (After 1 Month) or 1 month after new joined.
