Why the leave type drop down selection is empty?

Why the leave type drop down selection is empty?

If the employee login to the system and found the leave type drop down selection is empty, administrator need to do a few checking to verify the issue.
  1. Make sure employee was created with a career progression record and assign with leave group.
  2. Check whether leave entitlement is generated.

How to check the leave group assigned?

  1. Go to Leave -> Employee List. 
  2. Click on Edit and will bring you to the screen below. 
  3. Please check on Leave Group.


How to check leave entitlement is generated?

  1. Go to Leave -> Leave Entry.
  2. Search for the employee.
  3. Make sure the bottom of the page showed with the leave entitlement for the employee as refer to print screen below:
