I could not select family member from expense application, why?
Question:
I had created the Expense Layout with "Family" item. However, when I try to apply for expense claim I could not select any family member from the "Family" field which I had updated my family member in the system.
Answer:
This is caused by system is unable to detect user family as user may need to tick on "Include In Expense Claim?" at Family screen from employee Personal tab then save the changes to reflect accordingly.
