Why am I getting permission denied error when generating cross company report?

Answer :

The "Generate Organization Report" access is not enabled for your admin role. Your Project Owner needs to send in Change Request to enable this access for you. However, there is a possible risk. Your Project Owner needs to acknowledge the possible risk by sending a Change Request before this access can be enabled for you.

For example your admin role currently :

Company A - You have access to HRIS and Payroll
Company B - You have access to HRIS, but no access to Payroll 
Company C - You have access to HRIS, but no access to Payroll 
Company D - You have access to HRIS, but no access to Payroll 

Risk  :

Once the "Generate Organization Report" access is enabled for your admin role, you are also able to see the Payroll information of Company B, C and D should you choose to generate cross company payroll reports from Company A.
