1.4. Employee Emergency Contact

How to migrate employee emergency contact?
  1. Download the Employee Emergency Contact template file as per attached or download at Home -> HRIS -> General Main --> Employee List -> Edit Employee ->  -> Personal Tab -> Emergency Contact -> Click on Export button.
  2. Open with Microsoft Excel 2003 & above.
  3. Fill data for each column and further explanation for each column as below:

     4. Save the migration file as per default Microsoft Excel (*.xls/ xlsx) format.

    5. Click on  Import button -> Click on Select File button to browse -> Click Data Import to upload the completed file.
Tips 
You are allowed to fill up maximum up to two (2) Emergency Contact for each employee.


How to verify employees' emergency contacts?

  1. Go to Home -> HRIS -> Standard Report -> Employee Master.
  2. Select Emergency Contact as report format.
  3. Click on Generate button.
